Sapphirus Café Bar is more than just a hospitality venue—it’s a revitalising force for the local dining scene. Designed by INTERNIDESIGN, this bold Mediterranean-inspired café bar brings a new level of sophistication and shareable charm to the neighbourhood, setting a new standard for what local hospitality can be.
Anchored by a statement sapphire-blue bar, the space combines coastal tones, warm timber finishes, and a palette of tactile materials that invite both comfort and curiosity. Light terrazzo flooring and textured white walls are balanced by plush velvet seating in deep blue and terracotta, creating an atmosphere that feels fresh yet grounded in Mediterranean heritage.

Flooded with natural light and centred around a symbolic olive tree, Sapphirus is designed to foster connection—from casual daytime meetups to evening drinks. Its vibrant identity not only enhances the customer experience but also acts as a visual landmark, drawing attention and foot traffic to the area.
